STRATEGIC PLANNING & SALES DEVELOPMENT
  • Invented a patentable product in only 8 months that rejuvenated product lines enabling National Diversified Sales to maintain market leadership in the face of new federal regulations impacting their landscape business category.

  • In only 10 days, assembled a full launch of 6 landscape products for J-Drain Enterprises into 50 Home Depot stores personally developing every aspect of branding, photography, graphic design, packaging, and in-store signage.

  • In just 9 months built up a new-business start up from concept to a corporate structure, personally developing all sales methods, sales materials, press releases, plus honed the product from inception to launch for stakeholders.


  • Developed a safety feature for foodservice products in the Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) segment; resulted in saving the entire McDonald's national account for Nestlé.

  • Spearheaded a marketing strategy to re-brand a hobbled group of acquisitions into a #1 brand in the professional landscape products industry.


MARKETING & PROFIT ENHANCEMENT
  • Successfully developed and launched the single most important short-term strategic product initiative within Moen that achieved $100 million sales of 2 million units per year sold into all US locations of Lowe's and Home Depot.

  • Wrote and presented product launch training materials for national sales force kick off meeting, detailing all technical and promotional aspects of landscape products being rolled out for NDS (a $140 million company) during a 3 day conference in Las Vegas, NV.

  • Achieved a $248,000 recurring annual net income contribution for NDS by discovering and implementing a product cost savings that simultaneously added product features which surpassed that of the rival competitive product.

  • Designed the #1 Seller in America national campaign on a $40 Million per year Nestlé product resulting in national expansion of the product from 20 local retail stores to 440 WalMart* / SAM’S Club locations in only 1 year.

  • Founded, created and implemented a 4th quarter cause-related marketing (CRM) retail promotion for the Carnation, Hills Bros., and Nestlé companies’ Western regional sales forces; produced $100 thousand donation for Olive Crest, a local charity. ......(CRM: Cause Related Marketing - a marketing strategy linking purchases of a product with fundraising for a worthwhile non-profit charity.)
